Update: I’m reading Lifespan, by David A. Sinclair at the moment and eh. Here’s a few reviews - Skeptvet and A Science-Based Review of the World’s Best-Selling Book on Aging. I’ve also discovered I really enjoy Chatgpt for book and chapter summaries, with lists of insights, and arguments for and against. As someone who pauses movies to read the wiki plot and reviews, this is like that, but more. So fun!
